I ensure that each client’s personal information, shared experiences, and struggles remain private, creating a safe and respectful space for them to be open and honest without fear of judgment or disclosure (see FAQ). This commitment to confidentiality builds trust and allows my clients to explore their challenges freely.

In my work as a Professional Coach and a trauma-informed care provider, I empower my clients to take control of their healing journey. I guide my clients to discover their own strengths and solutions, supporting them in making informed decisions about their wellness. I tailor my approach based on their goals, respecting their capacity to direct their own growth and healing. This sense of autonomy helps clients build confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges and fosters long-term empowerment. Clients have the right to make their own choices and decisions throughout the counselling and coaching process.

That’s entirely up to you! Most clients start off weekly or biweekly to build some momentum the rest is entirely up to you.

Yes! However there are limits, these include: if you are a risk of harm to yourself or others, there is suspected or disclosed abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult and lastly, if information is requested via a subpoena or court order.

I blend many evidence based modalities in my practice as there is no one size fits all. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, Parts Work.

Yes! I am an approved provider with many different providers such as Sunlife, Great West Life, Telus Health and many more. I always say to check with your individual plan provider to make sure you are covered for services. Direct billing will be coming soon. Check back here for updates.

I ask that you please provide 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged for the session time. This goes for no shows as well. However, I get it, life happens so just reach out to me.
